Our Ingredients
Littlemore organic baby and toddler snack puffs have only four simple, organic ingredients and NEVER any corn, rice, sugar, or salt.

By using simple and thoughtfully chosen ingredients, we hope to make your family's snack time a little more wholesome. With only four ingredients and a simple pie chart to explain how much of each ingredient we use, you'll never be wondering what goes in our snacks.
One of our founders, Dr. Joana Fraser, is a working Harvard-associated pediatrician. She recommends that parents resist the temptation to underestimate their kids' palates. The common assumption that babies and toddlers only like bland, sweet, or fruity food is wrong!
In fact, children of all ages can appreciate a broad spectrum of flavors, and serving kids a variety of savory foods and snacks regularly promotes the development of a diverse palate.
We specifically chose savory flavors for our puffs to help inspire adventurous eating. We don't believe in hiding good healthy flavors behind fruit, sugar, or salt.

We know that life is complicated, but we think choosing snacks for your baby or toddler shouldn't be.
Sorghum
Sorghum is an ancient grain, a trendy term right now, but it really just means that it hasn't changed in thousands of years.
We chose to use sorghum in our puffs because it's a nutritionally denser superfood with more nutrients than rice or corn.
In fact, it contains 40% more protein and 300% more fiber than white rice.
Even better, sorghum is an earth-friendly crop that requires ⅓ of the amount of water to grow than corn does.

High Oleic Sunflower Oil
Sunflowers are also high in oleic oils, which are among the healthiest oils on the planet.
The sunflower oil we use in our puffs is expeller pressed, unlike many other manufacturing processes that use solvents to extract the oil. We use just a tiny amount so that the flavors stick to the puffs.

We included organic sunflower protein in all of our puffs for two good reasons - better nutrition and a perfect texture.

Sunflower Butter
Sunflower butter (only in our sunflower flavor puffs) contains similar protein levels as peanut and almond butter but less saturated fat, and it is bursting with nutrients like vitamin E, zinc, iron, and magnesium.
Sunflowers are also great for the environment because they increase the organic content and water holding capacity of the soil around them.
Tomato

Tomatoes are exceptionally high in vitamins A and C and give our puffs a deliciously tangy and slightly sweet taste without the need for added sugar or salt.
We only use ripe, vine-grown, organic garden peas to make our pea powder.
Peas are among the oldest edible plants and are a great source of plant-based protein, fiber, antioxidants, vitamin C & iron.
They give our puffs a deliciously savory forward taste without the need for added sugar or salt.
